Q: What is the Retail Technology Conference?

A: RTC is a multi-day event focused on knowledge sharing, problem solving, and showcasing Invenco by GVR's agile product development approach. You will experience engaging keynotes, thoughtful breakouts, a dynamic tradeshow floor, and an epic offsite event.

Q: Where is the event?

A: This event will take place March 31- April 3, 2025 in Chicago, IL. RTC25 will be held at Convene's expertly designed space within the famed Willis Tower. Additional information on Convene can be found here.

Q: Where is the room block?

A: The room block will be at The Palmer House which is a 13 minute walk from the Willis Tower. A direct link to the room block can be found here. Be sure to select "Attendee" in the drop down when booking your room.

Q: What does my ticket include?

A: The registration fee includes our welcome reception on Monday evening, 2 full days of conference sessions, access to the tradeshow floor, conference materials, breakfast and lunch daily as well as an offsite on Wednesday night.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All sales are final. But we know life happens, so if you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to RTC@Invenco.com for support.
